Ordering~
To order from us you can use our on-line shopping cart,
call in your order, or send it to us via fax, e-mail, or standard US mail.
If you prefer to use our on-line cart just choose the options you would like as you look around. For on-line orders
we only accept credit card payments. If there is an option you would like that is not offered in our shopping cart, or
if you are unsure on the size you would like, or if you need alterations to the sizing - lengthening or shortening, etc.
- it would be best to order by phone or e-mail.
If you choose to order via fax, e-mail or US mail, the easiest way to order is to print
out our ~order form~ and fill in the information you
choose as you look around. You may pay by check, money order, Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express.
We would be happy to receive your order with any of the above options, however
we cannot start on your order without full payment.
Shipping~
Order processing time is approximately 4 - 6 weeks from the time
we receive your order & payment. Most packages sent in the USA are shipped Priority Mail.
For shipping to foreign countries we charge actual shipping to credit card order.
If you need a rush order we will give it
special handling, and do our best to deliver it by the date needed. Please add
an additional 20% to the total (including shipping) for rush orders. Shipping is FREE
on all orders shipped in the US over $300 if payment is made by check
or money order.
Guarantee~ All of our garments are custom-sewn with the greatest care
after you place your order. If you are not satisfied with an item, we would like
to work with you on it. We are commited to your satisfaction, and if you are not
happy, we would like to know.
Catalogs~ We no longer offer a printed clothing catalog. Everything we have to offer is on
our website. If you have any quesions we would be happy to talk to you. Just give us a call or send us an email.
Gift Certificates~ We have gift certificates available for you to
share a gift with someone special. Just send us a check with the amount you wish
to be placed on the certificate, the name and address of the person you wish it
to go to, and who it is to be from. We will send it to them along with a free
catalog. Or if you prefer, we can send the certificate and catalog directly to you.
